Refund Policy

We want you to love your photo journal. If you don't, we'll make it right.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you're not happy with your printed journal for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund. You don't need to ship the book back. Keep it, or recycle it.

Damaged or misprinted books

If your journal arrives damaged, or there's a printing error, we'll reprint it or refund it, your choice. Just email us a photo of the issue so we can make it right and improve our printing.

How to request a refund

Email hello@ourpicstory.com from the email on your order, or include your order confirmation, and tell us what went wrong (a photo helps for damage). We'll confirm and process it.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days after we approve the request, depending on your bank.

Digital reveal

The online reveal is free, so there's nothing to refund there.
